FSL was born out of necessity and a keen entrepreneurial spirit. In 2016, as a young student, Mr. Abhishek Dhakad noticed the gaps in logistics in tier-2 and tier-3 cities, where the booming e-commerce market was facing serious roadblocks in deliveries. Determined to address these inefficiencies, Abhishek began by offering last-mile delivery services for Shadowfax in Indore. Starting with just one pincode, his small operation quickly expanded as demand grew. The dedication to solving real-world problems drove FSL to scale across Madhya Pradesh, adding new clients, routes, and technologies along the way.

Today, after 8 years of growth, FSL has become a trusted partner in logistics, serving e-commerce and B2B markets alike. We operate 33+ hubs, manage over 250+ pin codes, and deliver more than 10 million shipments annually.
